Not a continuous yearly increase but up is the general direction. One factor that has an influence on per tonne rates is what percentage of crop comes from the highest freight rate areas.

So when they are hauling from Butt**** saskatchewan their revenues are higher plus the yearly increase plus gifted well maintained railcars....
