I didn't realize that Pittsburgh was located in above mention countries where 11 Jews were gunned down.

So if what your saying is true why did it happen in the USA where the current government is not gun grabbing?

So what was this guy hunting with his glock and AR15.
Legal guns for most part it seems.

Apparently it was not much of a ban, as he had 21 weapons.
And sure an armed guard would have stopped it.

The killings in Pittsburgh were due to anti-semitism.
There have been similar examples of these in France and Belgium and other countries......with tight gun control but magically the terrorists always were armed with AK-47’s, etc.

Jewish synagogues unfortunately need security due to all the hatred......just wait until Trudeau brings back some of his ISIS terrorist buddies to Canada.

You have to be really out of touch to ignore the scale and frequency of mass shootings in the US. They may happen elsewhere in the developed world but not at the level they do in the good ol USA.

Many get tough on crime advocates seem to be very soft on the idea that less guns and tighter controls on assault weapons and hand guns would help reduce crime or mass shootings.

Arming everyone so that that they can protect themselves or their synagogues, churches, schools, daycares, music festivals, nightclubs, is just a way for the gun industry to sell more guns. It will not make people safer.

If Trump really believes more guns will make Americans safer then he should allow all citizens to bring guns to his rallies.

Assault rifles, bump stocks, automatics, massive magazines and hand guns are not needed for hunting.

In Switzerland, one in four people has a government - issued rifle. There has not been a mass shooting since 2001 and a virtually zero homocide rate. Boys, between the age of 13-17 go to target practice. More guns and almost no violent gun crimes. Yet USA, nutcases are able to buy many guns and go on shooting rampages, weird.

Bump stocks and full autos are already illegal or tightly regulated down there. Assault rifle can be a murky term just like global warming was. A hunting handgun will never be used in a mass shooting.

The US system is fractured. Maybe beyond repair. In a few years, white people will be a minority in the US. Will the SHTF then? If hate is growing now, it will be a bumper crop by 2035.

The violent history and culture of the US, the racism and bigotry, the growing inequality, the decline of good blue collar jobs, a dysfunctional and very expensive health care system, all lead to people who are worse off and looking to blame someone.

Their political system is corrupted by big money and not very democratic and they purposely make it hard for minorities and marginalized citizens to get registered to vote.

Their screening for gun purchasers is very weak or non-existent and leads to violent people with mental problems owning large numbers of guns.

If you are a white person living on the outer margins of society, maybe lower middle class and you find yourself unemployed or otherwise crowded out what will your reaction be? Consider it from someone's viewpoint who for generations has had "the power". Especially put yourself in the southern US (excluding Texas).

I know a handful of people from Switzerland. The all took their army rifles home. Easily mobilized militia.but just imagine a country with assault rifles (whatever an assault rifle is ha) behind a lot of bedroom doors. Mass shootings seem non existent. What's different?

It's interesting how the left and Fascists both favour gun bans. Guess both have lots to fear from unhappy citizens.
