Well its been a good three weeks but like all things its time to get back home and enjoy Christmas with new friends, old friends and Family down south.
Christmas is a time to enjoy life, I could care less about presents and the rush of last minute Christmas shopping.
Hell, really who gives an F#$K what you get. Anyone on here could order whatever they wanted on Amazon and have it delivered by Christmas.
But its the Family and Downtime.
Next week really who will work other than a Dairy farmer. Monday most are closing early and then Thursday and Friday will be slow days, so basically, a week of downtime is ahead for most.
Lots will travel to family or have family come home to them. Phones and Texts will be blazing as ones Wish everyone a Happy and Very Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year.
Its kind of a Rebirth time of year, we leave 2018 behind and hope 2019 is full of peace and joy and happiness and a great crop.
Hell, maybe even the hope that JT Trudeau will be a one-term Puppet and get kicked to the curb along with Nutcase and maybe even BC would have a shakeup. Oh could it all come true, wouldn't that be a wonderful life?
But one thing is certain, western Canada is waking up. Alberta, I am so proud of what your doing and other places with Yellow Vest.
Trudeau is an idiot and needs to be kicked out. Watch he will still have a nervous breakdown and step down if he knows the Liberal party will be decimated in fall of 2019 election. Mark my word. He is a Drama teacher it's all about acting.
What does piss me off is idiots from our Farm Groups that want the Fed. Gov to quit giving aid to seed companies for research and want it paid for by farmers with a seed tax. But at the same time, the Feds hand over 1.6 billion to oil companies to study markets and help with drilling.
Ok, what am I missing? Yes, oil is getting hit but a pipeline would help move product and relax rules for everyone and allow oil tankers on west coast same as east.
But why should farmers be taxed to death? We already pay for new varieties and the good ones keep paying for the companies. Not rehash old varieties and change numbers or names and really borrow from USA shorter varieties all in the name of New.
But I guess farmers are easy to pick off and will pay. Hell, its a done deal so why am I bitching about it. WEre F#$Ked on this one.
See just add up all you lost this year thanks to the Dancing Clown and his trip to India and an Ag Minister who doesn't know jack shit about what's going on. THen add the latest screw up with China and oh anyone check they are hitting our Canola hard but where is our compensation for an Idiot in Charge.
Simply no one cares about Real Farmers, were replaceable.
Farm groups who get Cash from Companies and trips and freebies then push the companies agenda because they pay the bills.
Stop the madness we figured out the game.
Well hell, its a long list for 2019 that I want for Christmas lets hope Santa is listening. Oh, Trudeau probably has a Gender neutral slender sad sack to replace the Jolly guy also.
Ok, just one gift a 4020 redone or a 6030 would make this Farmer real happy.
