Personal message me with your "too good to be true offers".

Highest or any bid not necessarily accepted.

Anyone here remember the days when land rented for taxes? Or it was a Tennant's market.

But it can't happen again because some people said so.

          Just asking.
If they **** up it shouldn't cost you anything and you will have enough coffee shop gossip and laughter for weeks.
All these “Fuk ups” cost us money in increased rents . Seen it several times here now over the past ten years .
Run around taking land from everywhere and anyone , giver for a few years then go tits up leaving the rest of us to pay the increased rents all across the board . Then I can’t afford to go to coffee shop cause rents are high and then it’s not funny anymore lol .
Sure works good on paper 📝 lol , until Mother Nature backhands ya once or twice ..

Look, what I'm trying to tell you is that you can't control how others are going to run their operations. Sitting at home grinding your nuts over it isn't good for your health or family. You will go nuts in the end being pissed off at guys you think are screwing up your operation.

Lol , I get it . Just pointing out there are consequences that do filter out .
Can we change them , nope . But to ignore facts is not healthy either trying to move forward.
One just hopes there is more common sense at times than not .
Most of it long term seems to work out .

I personally don’t give a rats ass what any farm does or pays, I’m not paying their bills. But, we have ALL bitched and complained .... would bet dollars to dollars the person posting the ad has also. But, to put will pay over the market is insane. Margins are beyond small and I’m watching what I buy and spend in 19.
Bet hey if you can net $20 ac guess I can’t say the guy didn’t make anything.

Last time I tried to argue with the market, it didn't listen.

Some of it doesn't make sense. We have all had disasters in the last decade but we all know a BTO that didn't even skip a beat and grabbed 1000 more acres the year after. Might be diluting losses over more acres and that's a ponzi that will fail eventually. I mean after this yrs harvest are you gung ho to double your acres. Most normal people had the fear of god put in them.

But even guys buying a farm for millions of dollars. Young guys backed by who knows who. If you had 10 mill burning a hole in your pocket would you go farming honestly when you could park it in some GICs and ETFS and collect $400k doing nothing. Who wouldn't do that.

Something else afoot. We could be Vancouver.
