The city of regina will have a really tough time infilling to the new bypasses .... what industry will support that population growth?????

Now that the bloom is off the rose, Regina's growth industry is trying to lure old people from small towns to live here. There is nothing else. It will never meet up to that bypass ever. We could have had the bypass 5 km closer to the city branching at the old plains hospital and had an extra billion dollars to build a couple hospitals and schools in the city.

If the cfl would finish the season earlier they could have had a domed stadium taking care of both professional sports...that would be visionary....

Saskatoon had a company based there that was a top value company on the TSX ....now it's in Calgary. ...
