After being absent from the Egypt market for 7 years some #2 CWRS went to Egypt this past October.
Usually freight and price keeps Canada out. There was a problem a few years ago with rejected shipments too. Had to be rerouted.

On Jan 6 there were 18 vessels in Vancouver and 6 in PR.

The average size for grain shipped till the end of November was around 50,000 tonnes.
There are 24 ships in Van and PR as of Jan 6.

24 X 50,000=1,200,000 tonnes

More important question is why isn't this public info....vessel reports should be public...especially when the government can spend 300 million at the west coast port infrastructure.

Shipping data and quantity type and seller of the grain are public here and most parts of the world i thought.

Re freight are canadas markets limited to a degree because of this obviously south est asia.

Whats the worst spot for freight in canada manitoba or sask?
