It's not because I dont think its healthy, I just don't like the taste of coal.
Mind you I eat whatever is put in front of me and I never complain about a meal at a restaurant. If it's that bad I eat what I can and leave the rest. Doesnt happen very often though.

I like a blue steak if it’s good beef. Tenderloin works. 3 to 5 min per side.

Vegans look so nice in there coffin.

Just saying meat is needed for a balanced diet. Pushing pulse is making us like the poor areas of the world.

Mmmmm Group 1 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and heterocyclic aromatic amines, the delicious darlings doubling or more the risk for bowel/colorectal cancer.

But let's just blame sugar instead. After all, burning C6H12O6 gives energy + CO2 + H2O which must be toxic, its causing climate change.

My grandmother loved the fat almost burnt from the outside of a roast, same with chicken skin. She lived alone until the time of her death at 88 years. Mother is 95 in June and lives on sweets, loves good chocolate, baking from le Macaron, only the richest. Everything is smothered with whipping cream and maple syrup. She does not even take one pill and lives alone, is totally coherent - a little left-wing from reading two newspapers a day, cover -to - cover.

Red meat dangerous. Tell that to the woolly mammoth lol.
              Or the Inuit.
              It's about dosage and genetics.
If the hippies were starving to death they'd be eating gophers raw and licking the flyswatter.

Red meat is fine, its turning it into bacon or cooking it is the problem.

Are humans equipped with a set of teeth to be carnivores, herbivores or omnivores?

I don't remember, because what wasn't punched out rotted out.

Balance your diet and eat everything in moderation.
