The whole Ag industry believes they can take more and more and more .
It’s time to say enough ... we need to raise our families first , then they can fit in . Wheat breeders demand more money ... well ... what about us first !!
It’s our money , time and risk that makes this whole Ag thing turn ... not theirs ... it’s time the industry gets a slap of reality or who’s money they live Off . It’s them living off us , not the other way around and that fact has been forgotten and ignored for a long time .

      If only....

Oh wait... once upon a time....
Tell the PRCWRT, or at least your representatives on it to do that. No law required.

Farmers need to wake up quit agreeing with all the industry and finally tell them enough is enough we have no more blood to give. We need a life for doing all the work and getting pennies in return.

There was a time we made big money farming and slow and steady they took it all away from us.

So those idiots that tell you it has to be done to keep us moving forward that is a huge crock of shit.

Were going backwards because industry feels we can still pay and pay and pay for them to play.

        F#$K You!

What bothers me the most is the people sitting at the front of these information meetings say the government can't afford the R$D....and yet the government is still handing out stupid amount of money for other stuff like....

          1. 26 million for a geothermal well that could have been done in more practical locations???
          2. 110 million to fix up the churchill rail line????? based on a 300000 tonne program that is a buck a bushel for ten years.....and its not coming to farmers pockets....its going to FAIRFAX and others...
          3. 600 million to the media....cough then puke...
          4. 300 million to the ports ...while helpful there is still a bottleneck in the form of a mountain in the way...
          5. one billion for the cluster thing

          etc etc etc..

The public should be aware of the hazards of allowing private multi national companies own the seed resources of Canada...when it is a major exporter to the world....

Its not as much of a problem our grain was used domestically but do think its wise for Canada to have foreign investment dictate farming practices within its borders while farmers pay for it and have zero say????

think about losing the the country's ag sector to foreign interests....history won't be kind to that type of incompetence...

Not to mention bombardier and the kinder morgan pipeline fiasco. I am in favor of pipelines but would like it if KM shareholders rather than taxpayers spend their money. What was so tough about arresting a few protesters? Now, if the pipeline gets built, it will lose money since Saudi and Russia will not give up the Chinese market without a fight so the expansion is really no longer needed.

Did some more math this morning, based on the latest figures from the govt of Canada web site.
In 2006, we the taxpayers owed a total of 702.5 billion dollars.
By the end of Harper's reign, this figure was 1.036 trillion dollars, an increase of 334 billion or 2.9 billion per month.
Since Trudeau took power, this figure has increased by 120.8 billion dollars or 4.16 billion per month.... if the libs stay the course, they will increase our debt by 200 billion in a single term!!!!
Trudeau is fast becoming the highest spending PM in the history of Canada!

But farmers should pay more to help seed companies control the whole system. Wow, who else can see that this is idiotic?

The NFU is in a unique position....everyone shits on them and then some of their warnings prove out to be true....

The WCWGA .... who is the NFU's arch enemy, to put it in comic book terms which the WCWGA is.....has promoted the seed tax after doing an extremely shitty job of lobbying for an open and transparent market....

I may just give a little more credit to the NFU....

Disclaimer: I am not a socialist but I am against corporate socialism which is what the WCWGA is lobbying for with this seed tax...
