    You will never build a new railway or anything in the country again now that environmental and native consultation is out there. They will block it all forever. We are done. What you see for infrastructure is all there will be. Canada cant get sh*t done.

        Authority can be exercised when they want to. Try standing in the way of a hydro line across your land. They can and will take it if they want to.
