Canadas situation is much more serious because the liberals changed the law to save a company headquartered near the PMs own riding and to save the company from going under and the massive layoffs and votes that would go with it. Didn't see trump doing any of that. He had nothing politically to gain.

The massive corruption in Quebec needs to be finally brought to light and squashed. It will take down many politicians and maybe even Peter Pan himself.
The “false poor” economy in Quebec has to be dealt with . With equalization payments of $11 billion , the whole b/S game has to stop .
B.C. Corruption is next to be exposed, recent RCMP findings of huge amount of laundered money is hopefully going to expose the deep rabbit hole on the west coast as well.
Most of what has been going on in Canada for two years , protests , political circus acts is all just been a distraction from the underpinnings of massive corruption being exposed now.
        Trudeau and ethics ...... Bahahaha.
Time will tell if anything meaningful comes from all this .

Done trying to interfere in An investigation.
What is it about the corrupt Quebec business environment?
          Time after time.

            That's correct! Agreed!
But you told us you thought there was corruption here yet your voting the same.
What makes it so differnt for you to expect the Quebecees to not keep voting the same?

When companies own governments you get this stuff all the time. It's just the dumb ones or so arrogant ones that get caught.

I know someone who used to work for a federal regulator. Had a lot of teeth and respect everywhere except Quebec where they were powerless. The contractors were far more afraid of the mafia than the regulator, and no one could do anything about it. That is how business gets done in Quebec. And it needs to change. That is a big part of why it is a black hole for our tax dollars.

How big of a contract did SNC lavalin have for the Regina bypass?

Is this the same company that has the maintenance contract for the next thirty years on the bypass?

You read lavalians history of bribes, kickbacks and payoffs
With lots of charges and convictions. Around the world.
One of the convicted did a little time ,2 years
                      Most do no time
Considering the 100s of millions involved.
No incentive to stop. Is there.

Nice company . That helps corrupt dictators and politicians with millions in bribes.
While screwing the people of those poor countries
                      On over priced projects
