JWR is so concerned about conflict of interest, etc. But she had no compunction about weighing in on the Gerald Stanley trial:

At the time Lisa Raitt expressed concern about JWR's comments but of course that didn't fit the agenda. JWR is being held up as a saint now - nothing but another two-faced Liberal.

True but the case had been decided.....and while she shouldn't have commented it had no impact on gerald stanley's verdict.....

It was also up to the crown to appeal....not sure but I don't think they did or will....case closed...


I don't think was right for her to comment but I also don't think she should be pressured to change the SNC decision....
