Watched CTV roast PM Justin... saying Great Britain would refuse to use DPA on a case such as SNC... because the bribery and corruption charges are so serious... the DPA would be an inappropriate use... Great Britain has only the used DPA 3 times in history... and then only for minor breaches of criminal law... Commentator said;
DPA DOA in SNC-Lavalin scandal criminal charges.
Therefore,
The simple fact is... the PM must set aside the continuance of threatening using the DPA to stop the SNC criminal trials. THE RULE of LAW being set aside for political gain for the Liberals... is the DPA's problematic inappropriate application.


The Chinese have sanctioned Canada in numerous ways... Western Canadian Canola growers feel the heat of this political scandal raging internationally...costing us farmers and trade...jobs and serious financial hardship...

Well here is an idea just a thought. How about when people commit crimes no matter who they are or who they work for they pay the price legally. If you want to ensure people have jobs at a company lock the people up in jail that commit such crimes, publicly humiliate them so that other companies don’t do this. Instead of protecting them so that other companies think hey what the hell why not.

Outlaw campaign contributions already its legalized bribery going on everywhere which is distorting democracy. My and your vote don’t mean shit now days compared to companies that buy off political parties. Which is why we have these stupid laws in place. All large donations that have been made to political parties in the past should be played over and over on tv for several days federal and provincial and then people would realize who their governments are actually representing. Also need to go further and monitor under the table deals happening when politicians leave office.

If a company’s officials have been found guilty and the people done the time for the penalty and replaced terminated why should the company be denied applying for contracts after? Individuals have to take responsibility for their actions not hide behind large corporations and be protected just because they are big Corp.

The reason other countries are paying attention is that libtards said other countries have these DPAs in their toolbox but they point out not for the SNC issues.....and I think because of the charges SNC had laid on them ...a DPA wasn't available in the first place....

How has the the legalization of marijuana changed your life or the life of anyone around you? The Conservatives should have beat Trudeau with the deregulation. We wouldn’t have a Trudeau government now. I just heard an athlete describing how marijuana oil for pain killing is replacing opiate use in the locker rooms. Police forces have reported no increase in DUI’s nor accidents due to Marijuana. Have crime rates gone up because of legalization of Marijuana?

And now, their corruption has attracted the unwelcome attention of OECD - it couldn't be going better for Scheer and Co., without them putting any effort into it!

Does anyone actually believe our western Canadian Chinese Canola issue isn’t directly caused by the Huawei lady being attempted to be extradited to the US... and if President Trump is willing to consider political solutions to the Huawei problem...why would the Chinese do anything less?
