Canada allows 2.5% dockage in export shipments! What does other countries ship at for dockage %?

Stupid thing is we pay to clean it and they put the dockage back, like the deer crap fiasco a few years back.

We were on a ship taking a tour at Viterra in Hong couver and watched them dump screenings on a boat load of cleaned wheat couldn’t ****ing believe it all that time and cleaning and they just dumped screening on top talk about a bullshit industry. It was a Chinese shop at the time.
