This would be a great time to review and tighten foreign ownership laws, close the loopholes. They already own Vancouver.

Unless they are moving here, farmland seems a pretty risky investment for non residents.
All our governments have to do is make it illegal for them to own it through shell corporations or whatever.

This is serious and it’s hilarrious how some don’t get how bad this shit show with China is.

Canola council rep on gormley sounded like a liberal supporter politician. Couldn’t answer any question.

Seed will be put in the ground and that seems to be his message don’t worry farmers we have your back so wink wink spend like drunken sailors it will all get worked out in the next few years. Sorry some of you have bills to pay eat the 2 buck drop and enjoy.

All for canola 2025. Wall to wall without a market.

Seed tax trust the gov hahahahah

American farmers pissed China’s not buying from them. At the same time reports of China pork into the USA, and possibly infected. Trumps tariffs on Chineses goods to America causing trade problems for American farm production. But China can’t feed itself, and with low pork production they must have to rely heavily on South America.
            IDK
On the US Farm Report this past Saturday, there was reportedly a shipment of 1,000,000 lbs of illegal pork confiscated!
