Yup, makes sense. Here we do the visible teeth thing. We sell our lambs before they are one. But we sell our full ewes as sausage. Our butcher makes some awesome sausage and it is a good way to sell a cull for good profit.

No wonder we see more New Zealand Lamb here. Now maybe we’ll see more Aussie lamb.
