I was really hoping some devout liberals on here could explain bill C-48 , though ?

Its pretty obvious you need the tankers to push out all that literal shit that is dumped into the st Lawrence from the Quebec cities. Its good for the river to get cleaned out.

What I find interesting about C-48 is how it only applies to the west coast. If whales are a concern what about all the whales in the St. Lawrence?

watched Victoria bc news last night and they were happier than heck yesterday day because they are getting more cruise ships in apparently oiltankers are the only ones that harm whales. There also is no ban on pleasure craft or whale watching boats. Things are getting dumber by the day.
