Frost's out here as there wasn't much to start with, still got snowbanks but most of the water is gone. Apart from potholes it's disappointingly dry. Going to needs lots of moisture going forward.

Yea , cant believe it here either , ground still froze solid but water dissapears right behind snow when any does go
