Not up on technology but was amazed to see video on Facebook of the excavator operator in the Bauma booth in Germany operate a track hoe in South Korea using 5G technology. It's like science fiction but imagine the possibilities this opens up for operators to work from home!

Yeah we were talking about that a while ago actually.


When we wireline steer, we use a system called paratrak. You have one operator at that company sitting in his office steering 4 or 5 tools spread out who knows where.


The crossing company has a couple crack hands like that


We don't so enough wireline steer jobs to justify it but it would be a sweet gif if we did.


Technology is incredible and the possibilities amazing

I doubt Krause would get that job. Probably someone a continent away would get it at half rate.
