They had those barriers in the US floods that were filled with water and laid out around your house. Great because one person can set it up and you don't need sand and shovels and volunteers. Guess we are in the stone age. Leave it to the Americans to actually find solutions for problems instead of waiting for the govt.

We used them here 2 years ago. They are amazing and simple . The town bought a couple i think . All you need is a water pump which you always have many of when the shit hits the fan

Not sure why I was mentioned in this thread as i'm not the Liberal voter - you must be confusing me with Fakefarmer 3.
Laugh all you want but this affects politicians of all stripes nowadays - go to the site of a disaster and be condemned for getting in the way - stay away and get condemned for lacking compassion/concern. It's a no win situation with today's media coverage and partisan politics.
