They had those barriers in the US floods that were filled with water and laid out around your house. Great because one person can set it up and you don't need sand and shovels and volunteers. We used them here 2 years ago. They are amazing and simple . The town bought a couple i think . All you need is a water pump which you always have many of when the shit hits the fan

Is it necessary for Trudeau to be an embarrassment every time he interacts with the public? All these volunteers were asking for is for him to quit impeding the sandbagging progress and get out of the way with the selfies.
