        FCC report says farmland in Sask increased 7.4% and farmland values in Canada increased 6.6%. The lowest growth since 2010.
        Methinks SF3 doth protest too much.

          The SE Sask in which the Slum of the Ghetto is in only saw a 1.7% rise.

          Farmaholic dothn't protesteth enough.

              Local under 30 just signed on the dotted line for 4 sections over 35 years at record prices... word is that FCC simply needs proof of a heartbeat to lend these days.

              Heard from a person in authority at TD however, that farm lending is essentially on hold.
