In all honesty WTF can the Gov really do? I do think they are responsible IN A BIG WAY for the market problems Western Canadian farmers are dealing with. Who should make up the difference? Taxpayers? Quit giving money to foreign cluster****s and take care of home first/now? Apply tariffs to the countries who banned our commodities.
Send that Huawei bitch home, farmers should charter the flight for her. ****en BoyScout Canada doing dirty work for the US and the world and we pay the price! Only to continue to get shit on by them. No one respects that ****ing asshole of a PM and his loser crew we have governing Canada. We aren't some asshole country who should be treated like we are but we are being governed by assholes who have caused it.

Someone should have stood up yesterday and said clearly this is bridge financing to help you market your current crop but its not business as usual anymore. This market is under pressure for a while. Acres need to be cut. Anyone who takes the topped up advance has to agree to few acres for 2019. Make the advance payable after 2019 seeded acres are in. Make it also clear that some people in drought areas need to be cautious about yield to price projections and guys up north need to find a 3rd crop to start diversifying rotation.

Would it be possible in any way to actually talk about an actual crop report with adding the “CLOWN†into the discussion??? I’ve personally had enough of it!! We hear it on the news, watch it on TV, and read about it here. Let’s take five ... literallly.
I want to hear what farmers are doing this spring, how moisture is, if anyone is actually seeding and anything with a little humour, is that too much to ask??
We had a tremendous pile of snow this wk end. Moisture was needed, not sure when we will start, hopefully Monday. Some are talking mid next wk. My seeding plans have not changed since I bought my fert. I hadn’t planned on canola to begin with! Keeping things simple is my game plan.
More rain/snow is in the forecast for Sun and Mon.
Fields just aren’t ready yet ..... crap I had to add something in that we’ve been hearing about our CLOWN for four years now. Sorry I was suppose to talk about a crop report. Lol
Guess that was the “humour†of my report.
