The question is how much wealth capital does an established farm want to burn through after the past decade's runup?

The wealth destruction coming is going to be crazy.

I guess that the “million dollar question”. We don’t know for sure if it will be a soft correction or will it be a hard crash.
If we knew for sure we all would have bought every acre possible 5-10 years ago and be selling it all now.

Boys if you have a line of credit and next fall this isn’t straightened out. A whole new world will be shown to most. Those they remember it doesn’t matter if you have grain they say sell it you say it’s 7 they say welcome to new reality. Oh you think your worth so much. Ha they will tell you you can’t live on equity. Investors leave and it gets ugly fast.

            The liberals own this problem.

I really have to stop reading this.....
                    Talk about jumping to conclusions.
It usually makes me chuckle but this talk of the world coming to an end basically is out of hand.
If everyone is in trouble that fast well then I don’t know how they’ve survived this long.

Sask would you comment more to line line of credit comment.

What is a reasonable line of credit, $ per acre.

If LOC (operating lines to buy seed and fert, etc) Were tightened by banks, Ag would collapse, province etc, banks would be wise to fund this time around
