No ice cover means higher evaporation rates, simple surface area. Evap will result in higher moisture inland, everywhere, if this sea water gets shit all over in the form of snow, I'm expecting the winters to be longer and glaciers to grow before the poor bastards on the coast drowning. Dept of highways is telling my local ferry operator the river is low due to farmers irrigating. No use arguing that it hasn't rained and it's been cold enough the snow melt likely hasn't completed in the mountains yet. Always blame the humans....

I was told ice is going going gone, so I assume that when I look, it would be noticable, but then the ice matches 1980 measurements and I cant help but wonder why. I was also told the earth is rapidly warming, but we have had 10 frost events this past 2 months. Hmm. Inquisitive people ask questions. Low information people gulp down govt koolaid.
Frost on your farm is irrelevant except that it could be a symptom of erratic blocking weather patterns caused by climate change or normal variation.
The trends are clear. There may be some questions as to when certain things will happen but is very obvious we are on track to a warmer earth, declining ice, increasing sea level. All are proven fact as measure by credible climate scientists and their organizations. Give up on those points, you have lost.
Its good to ask questions but its not good to deny the overwhelming evidence and scientific that exists.
We still have people who believe the earth is flat just like we have people who deny human caused climate change.
I have asked that posters provide credible scientific evidence or statements by a current publishing climate scientist or their organizations that we are not on track to a warmer earth, declining ice, increasing sea level. It never shows up does it. Just a few feeble denial activist posts.
That says it all.
Not one Conservative Canadian politician say the science is wrong.

You need to learn the scientific method chuck. We are not the ones making the claim there we do not have provide one shred of evidence to the contrary. But the other side must provide solid evidence for their arguement backed by real world observations in order for their theory to be accepted. They have not done that. Models wrong, visual evidence contradicts. Your models should be impervious to our query. As you can plainly see the ice is still there.
If climate change was in a court room it would be tossed out for lack of evidence.

What is the proper amount of ice for the Arctic to have in May?
What were conditions like in 1846 when Franklin got his ships as far as King William Island?
