    Then the people that can't have insurance because they built their house in a stupid place ...the government can bail out their supporters that want to live on a flood plain made worse by roofs and pavement...

        Because if they were honest and called it a slow motion weather improvement, it would be harder to mobilize gullible useful idiots to help enact their socialist agenda. Such as the prime example we have right here on Agriville.

            Do you think weather modification can go so far as turning off the rain tap? This is what a conspiracy theorist that I got a surprise visit from told me. He says that commodities have been too low for too long due to over production and its time to pull on the grain reigns. I do suspect that carry-overs are smaller than publicized. Odd take on the drought. 🙀
