That’s an area where charges need to be laid on people spraying over the label accepted conditions of wind. And damages when spraying within the label but drift occurs.

This sounds more like it's Canadian inspectors, again, asleep at the switch rather then farmers. Was this Maple Leaf meats pork, grown under contract then exported? I don't think too many farmers are in the business of exporting direct to China. Im sure therell be a call from Ottawa we need more of these idiots putting the rubber stamp on our products even though the existing inspectors appear to be complacent. Paylean has a fairly wide ban, export wise(160 countries), so this had to have been used, by the farmer, knowing it was for domestic use. There's more to this story then we are being told. Are not most barns under contract with a packer?

Every one is missing the point.
Negotiations and relations are not good between the USA and China, it’s that simple. They have no more ammo to use against the USA, and when they do Trump doubles the raise, call , or what ever.
China is now going after close friends, neighbours, family who will try to Change in influence USA decisions. The USA has a economy that’s self sufficient, while Canada is a exporting nation. Trump likes China going after Canada as they can import surplus good from Canada at discounts without imposing tariffs.
What’s the Canadian strategy, so far - be nice. We need more infrastructure that will lower costs in a global market place, and build a more self sufficient economy.
With this meat closure will it close the rest of the meat packing plants, so Canadian producers can have the honour and pleasure of selling to our American friends?

With the G20 summit coming up, I think Mr Trump will not give in in any way and will make trade, oil, shipping, waves to rock the market place even further.
Dont forget the election in the USA, Trump will run again, and will do what he thinks he has too, and I do t think it will be in China’s or Canada’s best interests.
