Personally discouraged about my crops. Screwed up and seeded too shallow so my flax is either just emerging or four inches high. Not excited about how that will work. Sickening to drive by it. My oats some is similar but some is pretty good. Wheat looks best. As I said before, seeding tools mattered this year big time.

Area crops are variable too. Some guys very fortunate, some not. Everyone seems to have some fields with troubles, so I ain’t alone. But there are some beautiful crops thrown in, depending on previous crops, soil type, and plant stand/emergence.

Because of this, it is tough to guess at yields. Some canola is pathetic, some is REALLY NICE! Some cereals are tremendous, some are thin and sparse. Haven’t seen this kind of variance before.

I thought the Imazethapyr in Odyssey was the carry over culprit, not the Imazamox. Therefore I thought Solo and Viper wasn't an issue, unless we weren't told "the rest of the story".

Canola has ground covered with leaves the size of your head
That rain sure saved our arse
              Wheat has permanent drought damage

Finished or quit spraying hopefully till October... looks better than 10 days ago after 2.3 inches. Absolutely every kind of crop around here, SFA to nearly ideal, but 2 weeks late!

We are looking at radar. What’s going on in Swift Current?

Seed peas ...so they can get checkoff paid research for nothing and it's a win in saskpulse eyes...

For seed growers....not primary producers. ..
