      Already time for chuck to play the race card right.

      Its all BS anyway. Every major company in Canada trades on the TSX and anyone can buy shares. Indians could have been using their reparations money we pay them to buy into any of those companies. Enbridge pays a 6% dividend.

      My contact at Enbridge says those coastal pipelines are dead in canada and they have already moved on to the US. They have some tricks uo their sleeves to increase production out of western canada but it will be going south out of the prairies.

          Which is why the US has been paying protesters to help block pipelines to the coast and to the east. They want the oil to go south and they want it as cheaply as possible. Why would you mess around in the Middle East when you can just capture Alberta oil. Especially with the large amount now being developed in North Dakota. They should have enough.

            If what you say is true, why would any western Canadian want to leave Canada to join the US. If cheap energy is the goal, the US would certainly not support movement of western Canadian resourses anywhere but south so we would be no better off then we are now.

              I think as a farmer we might be better off...actual support and recognition for our contribution to the economy and the environment...

              Might have less tax, no carbon tax....lower fuel bills and more chemical at less cost...better grain handling and access plus the ****ing graincos would have to report...

              Geez I was sitting on the fence about this western separation but its starting to look pretty good...

                      if course we would be better off;

                      Commodities denominated in USD
                      access to American transport and capital
                      15B less equalization to the east
                      Congress and senate reps equivalent to the US Midwest states

                      We would be richer by 10 times with the stroke of a pen

                        Why would the US buy the cow when they can get the milk for free?

                          Name a politician we have smart enough here to handle separation? Smart enough to handle the native settlement in separation? How would that work with the natives anyway? Lol.
