Good deal for dealer but they are going backwards. ...tanks are garbage...

Turn to sharp and you wreck back wheels of drill.....
Did they change the tanks ? We have a 3 yr old 9450 and really like except for the head banging
Curious tho , is there anyone on here that seeds with a 9000 series tank and a maxim 2 drill ??
Ever since we got this new tank one far right manifold skips a little in oats , barley and canary , just kinda lighter and heavier
Morris has been out several times , checked out entire tank air delivery system , we changed manifold and hoses and cant find the problem
Tried more wind to no avail ?
This pic is of the worst extreme , most not near this bad
    Anyone have any ideas ?

We had similar issues with our 435 stx, the 40 gal pump just doesn’t push enough fan for the amount of product going out. Are you running your return oil through the breakaway? It will also slow down the oil flow. Starts backing up and surging out the far runs. Bought a 500 quad with bigger pumps, what a difference.

The metering wheel could also be stripped on the shaft and stopping under load.

Might sound crazy but maybe too much air (velocity). Don't have any experience with Morris but if those 3 runs are on a separate manifold could there be a pressure increase from downsizing piping? I've seen guys run air too high and whole field / drill looks like that, every time the roller segment releases seed it goes in spurts instead of even flow.

                Thats what morris is saying
                Prob is the issue
We can update pump to 50 gal for a couple thousand
Yes case drain and both press and return all go through breakaways
Should try pump update i guess

Just in that pic , but it is that whole 9 hole manifold

No tried low air high air no diff
                    Its always that same manifold
Doesnt do it all the time and doesnt ever do it in canola wheat or borage (super light large seed)
Run anywhere from 4200 -4600 rpm
55 ft drill , one fan
Didnt ever do it with the older 336 morris tank
