If it is a hydraulic flow problem check which remote you are using. It makes a difference.

Should have lots of capacity especially when going straight down the field.
Proper tank pressure/leaky lid? No doubt you have checked.

Also, check the back plenum where the dampers are. Maybe something is loose inside. Hard to see inside those things.
The dual shoot setup with the flapper valves must be properly adjusted.

      Same length of primary hose?

I like 101's diagnosis of it possibly being an air leak, especially specifically to that one primary run. What is odd is it doesn't do it consistently across that one drill (secondary) manifold all the time. Does the tank(primary) manifold have flappers/diverters in it? If there are diverters is there ever grain behind them if you're metering the seed out of a one of the front tanks?

Think about the density of canola and canary compared to wheat and oats. Wheat should be harder to move than oats but do you change air speeds for those two?

Are you double shooting fert? Liquid, dry, or ammonia in fall. Any dry with the seed?

Any kinks in the primary hose?

Not sure how easy it is on the Morris, and you likely have already tried this, but swap hoses from manifold to manifold. Or swap which product is in which tank if possible. The hard part of diagnosing that is the evidence doesn't show up till 10 days later, so trial and error is a slow process.

Have you tried shutting down the fan before product finishes flowing, then check if any hoses have an accumulation in a low spot or sag? Might be building up until almost plugging and being forced out, I've had similar happen with canola at very low air volumes on hills.

one would think that amount of money anything would grow?
they all seem to be really lacking on packing ?
                    just curious
This spring was back to normal with mud stuck to the packers tires on all but the very last quarter, and excellent emergence. Yet as of late April, it looked like it would be extremely dry yet again.

I too would like to know what people think of the Case precision disk 500ds/New Holland p2082. Looks like a pretty good setup with the double shoot.
