A question about disease in lentils..

Noticing something odd in a local lentils field....has been sprayed for sure....but the yellow U's sort of following the where turning occurs in the field and then following it up the field...

So the question is ...can the drill be pulling the disease pressure throughout the field?

Its something I noticed ...not conspiracy theory anything just wondering...

The field has yellow in the low spots and where the water laid....but these U's are on a side slope which should be well drained...

If it's only headlands could it be excess nitrogen from previous year's application causing very lush canopy prone to disease?

What's happening below ground? Dig up any plants and compare them(roots) to healthy areas?

It could be Aphanomyces root rot. If is been very wet it can spread fast. Im told it can happen anytime. When we had it in the past it started in the low spots and spread up the side hills
