Unfortunately global warming is used by government to tax citizens with no cooling as a result.
Obviously an increasing human population is creating sewage problems much more damaging than global warming which increases plant growth, but little done to reduce the population explosion. Of course more people are a income source for government.

At about the 7 minute mark in linked video the agenda of the herd is pointed out. Oddly enough it has nothing to do with climate or weather.
