Not sure how NE Sask made out this morning.
Seen frost damage in this area already last night from yesterday morning. Not widespread, but certain areas definitely got hit .
My soybeans got nipped , just in ditch edges and one low area. Limp mushy leaves by 4 pm . We were 2 deg from a write off in those.
Pockets east and north of here not so lucky ðŸ€

We stayed warm overnight. 5 degrees at 6 this morning. Hopefully that has us in the clear for awhile.

13 degrees at lunch time again today so i expect another cold night tonight. Radio said this morning that Regina broke a cold record from 1901 last night. If i remember right cold records broken at different times last winter also. Don't really hear of hot records being broke.

Heat units way below normal , late seeded crops and crops with significant second growth are very very slow to mature. Hopefully after tonight the weather gives us some break through September
