Sounds like a real threat. Some desperate times. Obviously someone looking to take out their anger somewhere.

But, the USDA and ProFarmer and anyone else opening their yap and affecting markets should be aware that they do damage and there could be consequences.

Problem is, absolutely none of what they say may have any correlation with the FINAL yield which is the only number that should matter.

I read some of the pro farmer reports. You could understand guys frustration seeing these reports as complete bs talking up the yields when they look out the window and see it’s a long long way from making any of the purported yields claimed. That said even the the pro farmer reports mention it’s late as hell but nobody in the media or trade seems to report that or take into consideration. You’d think people would bone the hell up and consider what they put out there matters to many peoples livelihoods and not to be surprised when guys get pissed off because of your inaccurate reporting.
