Maybe our jester at the France summit can do a little dance and then try to impose taxes on nations with forests burning.

Kinda reminds me of how California was burning up and the State was going to die ....... ohhh the humanity. But hey wait 6 months later. All the reservoirs filled up from a return to rains and heavy winter snows .
Funny how that just got swept under the rug .....

Funny how not one known fact being said in the media about August into September is the driest season of the year for the Amazon.... nope the average person has no idea that the worlds largest rain forest goes through a dry spell , annually this time of year ...

"Macron couldn't save Notre Dame but he wants to protect the rainforest". I think Canada poured a pile of cash into rebuilding the burnt church as well.

You joking? Pressure was put on our pm re Notre dame he said no it’s insured no it has had millions of visitors weeks he cash and it will have millions of visitors in the future.

We’ve got economy to run jobs hospitals roads to fund. The left were outraged. He said donate your own money.

I like our current pm. He’s about half way between centre and fa right.

Amazon he would say sorry guys but might send fireighters

It's the Amazon it will regrow and regrow very fast. The shrubs in front of my home in Florida were three feet higher in July than when I cut the end of March.

Stupid people looking for money and our idiot gave half what they asked. The rest gave two mill each.

Were run by a ****ing moron.

Canada didn't send a pile of cash - they offered Canadian softwood lumber and steel if it were needed, no idea if that offer has been taken up. As both these industries have been hit hard by tariffs it would be the type of aid many of the posters on here are calling for with regard to farm products. Canada does have a much stronger connection to France due to their shared history than Australia.

It appears we have a "Go Fund Me" world. When was the last time a foreign sovereign nation sent Canada money?
