I wouldn’t be planning that strategy. If capital gains are changed it will be exactly this type of transaction (one with yourself). In addition to this, the partnership sale would also be gone if anyone is familiar with that option

Not likely to be retroactive. I think Jazz is planning a preemptive strike.

If Trudeau gets in again do you think there will be any gains to tax? Land price just might dive off a cliff like the entire country.

I just find it sad that all liberals know to do is tax tax tax.

This is what our Canadian education system has. Created.

Stupid people who think they are smart. Then these same people vote Trudeau and company in.

Look at a anti vaccination peoplekind or argue with someone on GMOs or glyphosate. It’s like talking to a wall.

Now skippy will only answer one question in the debate and he has to have the questions ahead of time.

Can’t show how stupid he really is.

                We’re hooped in this country.

Canola definitely taking its time to increase the colour change in the seed. A hard frost on the same day as 2018 would wipe out this years canola.

Last night I tried our peas they were so soft you could chew them. Guys trying every where. It rained 1/10 at farm and 2/10 south town. Lots starting to swath everything on way to the lake. Some canola really green going down.

                    More rain today.

Maybe the hurricane in Florida will change our weather.

Two more weeks without frost needed.

Do you think a lot of guys are spraying and swath in early and going to have green count issues?

I am having trouble with lentils that were recommended to be regloned by an agrologist. ...some help that is when they can blame the weather....
