The most vocal on this list either fully support Trump or else feel he should just be ignored and not discussed on this forum because he is not the leader of Canada. The fact is his policies have a direct bearing on prices and markets in Canada. Canadian wheat prices are determined by US futures markets. Canola prices even though are supposedly determined by ICE are closely tied to US Soybean futures and prices. Higher cost of parts and equipment is partially the result of Trump's tariffs. His legal demand that Canada follow international law and detain the Hwaway executive caused our canola problems with China.
