Some other place will produce an extra ton or two to make up the difference.
Also, was reading today the heat France encountered this summer did not affect production. It stated the drought had limited impact on the wheat and barley crops ..... go figure.

Not here , local elevators scoff at those prices and say no way ..... time will tell .

I think proximity to crushers and processors makes a difference to regional bids.
