Why aren’t we looking at why ilta and other are having problems. Many times transportation causes financial losses etc. We need companies to buy our grain they need to survive but so do we. I think an in depth analysis of why so many producers are worried about getting paid exists?
Why are some buyers taking weeks to pay? Find the cause and fix this. Rather than worry so much about who gets what when they go broke fix why so that they don’t.

It worries me that this is another cut to agriculture spending Which will be justified because the past spending was maybe done incorrectly.

Yes cut those out. However In a country this limited by population there should be a national media but it should have constraints equal amount of right and left reporting or just the facts but there’s always a spin on everything it seems.
