Will the forecasters be right?

Why focus on the sparsely populated Canadian Outback? When the GTA is the center of the universe.

Going with 5 inches of snow for our area by Tuesday. Won't melt till next weekend(hopefully)
Max snowfall rate Sunday after midnight
Looks inescapable now. Hope it is less or none for everyone

Sept. 21 2018. We got four inches of snow. ‘Twas not fun. What a strange way to make a living.

We are in the supposed 3 or 4 inch of snow .
What would a foot of wet snow do to it.
Kinda wish I had swathed north /south now for even
Melting.

I really like the forecast posted above about the snowfall warning in Montana etc. They actually give their confidence in the forecast. I need that in every forecast. It might be a 60% chance of showers day after tomorrow, but if they are only 20% confident that the system which brings 60% chance will pass through, then I can plan accordingly.

Wow reading this thread is giving me a feeling of dread but still hoping we miss the white crap. Feeling bad for the guys that get hit and i am sure some of us are if not all of us.
I had a younger sister born on the 19 of Sept. 1974 and i remember clearly. Sunny and warm and everyone out combining. The following day blinding snow storm that left about a foot of heavy snow. Lots of mud and ruts and struggles later that fall with crop staying out for the winter.
