Always be wary of the Europeans talking about plunging temperatures and arctic conditions. The frigid air mass descending on my part of Scotland this week will see daytime highs drop from 12C today to 4C by Wednesday before bouncing back, lol.

last warming at its peak he suggested oceans may have been 12 inches higher.

basically said warming has been going on for last maybe 100 to 150 years
