Why not just say phuck it .....and do some required balancing for statscan....maybe they will stop the practice of borrowing from the next crop year....to deflate prices....
course we will never know true numbers anyways
none of our buisness
canola yields were way down here
all i know is elevators here're offering "very special prices" of $9.50 to fill a waiting train and no-one comes

This idea that we had a surplus sitting on the farm was a made-up crock of shit.
Any farmer who didn't take the 10 in June or just a couple weeks ago is out of grain or ****ed in the head.
So when will reality hit?
THE MARKET KNOWS THE OLDEST LINE AROUND.
Sort of like a hooker is the oldest profession.
They **** us the hooker ****s us were all ****ed.

Current lentil prices have to take a 10 cent per pound jump....
It started melting as it first fell around here. Now seeing about 6 inches accumulating. Only half done and dried the last few days of grain combined.
What a country.

Do you think anyone in any government will acknowledge the issue we are facing????
Where is Ralphie?????
Will someone in the higher levels acknowledge it? Who knows.
If they do, will any of their ideas be effective? Again, who knows.
Government acknowledgement and assistance would be nice but it’s hardly something our industry has come to rely on. What’ll appear first, decent harvest weather or government acknowledgement?

As much as it sucks you should go get a new spare feeder chain for the combine if you plan on still straight cutting . Unless you land rolled every acre at seeding .
Our wheat is half way flat already , if it goes down the lifters will go on the swather . I will not even try to straight cut flat wheat after last year . We gained 50% more time in the combine swathing ahead . The damage you will do to your headers and combines will not be worth it trying to straight cut flat cereals . Canola you may have no choice because of shatter losses .Last edited by furrowtickler; Sep 30, 2019, 08:45.

This wheat will not take much more , most likely be flat in 3-4 hrs if it continues to snow ..
The other field has more snow and is a lot lower to ground , not flat yet but will be shortly if snow don’t stop very soon .
