The idea Brad Wall had about funding the cleaning up abandoned oil wells?

Programs are in place and we feel they are adequate enough to put bologna on the table for the winter.

I take that as a sarcastic remark after what our AG minister said the other day????

Most farms have lost 100's of thousands in quality downgrades already....

But what is left can't be much better than feed or thats what the graincos will be buying it as ....no sense in doing a falling number at the elevators..

Or better yet maybe the CGC could use some of that 140 million dollar slush fund and do their job .....

If someone..Mr. Weber....could go back and show what the dad's and grandpa's got for farm support through the generations of farming in this country ..

....maybe the younger generation that think making it up on feed wheat volume would be enlighten them somewhat and realize it might be the payments from previous generations that are allowing them to speak so phucking stupid about not wanting an adhoc....

Canada's farms cannot use equity to compete with treasuries of nations...or as I read this morning ...we ......(canada's farms )....are collateral damage in the current trade environment...

But think about this statement ....why do 50000 acre farms need a retailer in your local community...make your grocery list for the farm input and it will be delivered...

Farmers have already agreed to the process of sending grain parallel to the railway tracks on pavement...with more volume than decades ago...

In reality the fertilizer should have been sent out by rail to the local community...

Its really about vision....do you want community...or 50000 to 150000 thousand acre farms ...

To the 10 foot and Bulletproof youngings.....you are not all CEO material ...whether you want to hear it or not....some of you are CEOs by acclamation not talent....

Wonder what crap insurance would say if we all walked in Oct 31 and only paid the percentage of our bill to what we’ve harvested??

I asked someone much smarter than me if the striking crown workers understand this....

the saskatchewan budget is 15 billion dollars and there is 10 billion still in the fields....

In my opinion if i was a crown worker....I would be happy to work in a warm building and receive something every second week without fail....just for showing up...

Wiseguy, your suggestion of "match" is something a taxpayer could probably afford.
