This isn't a vote about that. Anyone with a brain could see the policies were targeting one region. There is no tanker ban on the east coast and Quebec cement and other industries are exempt from the carbon tax. Greta isn't being flown in to protest SNC.

Anyone that votes for a govt who is actively destroying one part of the country has earned it. If CPC was trying to kill the forestry business or auto sector, I sure as hell wouldn't vote for them.

The reason that vote happenned is our reps or our party has been ineffective at showing the big picture to those in the east. It’s easier to assure your west vote and sit and cry and complain than actually get it fixed. If they got it fixed people here would vote on more issues than oil and that would destroy the conservatives here just like in the east. It’s a brain washing based on the oil puppets. That’s all this is about.

The current conservatives don’t represent many of my ideas as they are a one issue party right now. But I voted for them to get rid of a bigger loser. Man that makes me feel so good

Wheel if you showed easterners what we have to offer, they will just hate it more. Its a jealousy play. They have oil and we don't so I want to kill it and get paid. I don't want them to know anymore about our industries.

We all know how bad Trudeau is so why was the focus of the Conservative message how bad Trudeau is. And instead of promising we will be better than someone who is so bad, how about showing us how you intend be better.

Clean up your own house instead throwing stones. Better vet candidates to get rid of those who have a focus outside of Conservatism and the Conservative party platform.

Drop the regionalization and division politics. A government must govern all Canadians, not just special areas or special interest groups. East/west and urban/rural issues are equally important and all must be addressed. Governing is not one group winning, it is compromising so all Canadians benefit.
