So the views of a political scientist, who started his career as a producer for Rush Limbaugh, and who has no training is climate science, and is primarily funded by the fossil fuel industry and conservative think tanks is your go to guy for science? Hahaha!

      Fairly simple actually
The jet stream demarcates the area between colder arctic air and warmer temperate air. If the arctic warms faster than southern area this also causes a shift and slowing of the jet stream. Therefore, why is it not possible that the last 4 harvests, and this past cooler summer may be at least partially the result of global warming since the arctic is warming faster? The exact effect re jet stream that you describe resulting from low solar forcing has also been predicted by climate scientists as the climate warms.

Yes the planet needs to control pollution, we all get that . But blaming heat waves on mankind and erasing the medieval warm period because it was inconvenient to current climate models to solely blame human activity is stunningly wrong to advance the globalist warming agenda to push for the carbon tax wealth transfer program .
no one has erased the medieval warm period. Pure BS. And any credible climate scientist will tell you that climate is affected by BOTH natural and human influences.

Bucket brought up climate change (post 13). You commented on his comment on this thread (post 17). All I did was ask you questions about your post. Don't tell me to start a new thread when I am asking you about your comment on this thread!

                Hey Dml,

New record highs(by country, territory) in 2019

                In Africa - 0
                In Antarctica - 0
                In Asia - 1 country
In Europe 6 countries, 35 did not set a new record in 2019
In North America - 1 country
                Oceania - 0
                South America - 0

                Saskatoon 2019:
Coldest May average temperature since 2010
                Coldest June since 2014
                Coldest July since 2013
                Coldest Aug since 1987
A nice Sept, warmer than last year(didn't translate into good harvest weather)
Oct on track to be coldest since 2012

Question: I wonder if the abnormal cold summer for Canada over hundreds of thousands of square miles was factored into the calculations or was there some cherry picking going on?

It's our job to think what we could have done differently.
I bought a cart and tractor. Increased efficiencies 20-25%..
                  Spent money on bin heaters.
                  Still not enough.
Buy a second combine that just won't pencil?
Best spring seeding in years. Not enough.
At the end of the day lucky to have hired a big crew in to finish.
Not beating myself up. Can't afford 1500/ combine.
So, looking at securing local custom combine for next year.
More money inside bins for drying equip.
Rest; knowing I did what I could and didn't stop trying different stuff.
                  Good luck to everyone.
And keep an eye on those canola bins.

Math fact: you do not need a record high to have a higher average! So simply predicting what the average yearly temperature will be on whether or not there was a single day record set in any location is not valid, only an attempt at dis information.
