The "scientists" at this point, are very similar to the phucking parents that sit at the top of the bleachers at a hockey game, screaming what everyone on the ice should be doing, yet have no skin in the game. They are merely observing with rose colored glasses hoping to win the 50/50(a big check from the govt) maybe get on the kisscam for their 5 seconds of fame.

In my farming career we have had all kinds of extreme weather of different types.
Climate scientists have been saying there is a link between extreme weather events and climate change. And we should plan for more extreme weather.
When people start claiming the scientist are all wrong then we have a problem. That is just a lame weak excuse not to do anything.
Agriculture depends on good weather. To ignore what climate scientist are saying about serious changes to the earths climate is just plain foolish. Yes there are some benefits to a longer warmer growing season in a northern prairie climate. But there can also be a lot of losses and disruption.
Farmers have every right to be concerned about climate change and its impacts.
Listen to the scientists.

Solar and wind are fine to reduce our use of fossil fuels but anybody who thinks in this climate that they can supply 100% of our energy needs is severely mentally challenged.
"Why choose a Net Zero Home?
Net Zero Homes produce as much clean energy as they consume. They are up to 80% more energy efficient than typical new homes and use renewable energy systems to produce the remaining energy they need. Every part of the house works together to provide consistent temperatures throughout, prevent drafts, and filter indoor air to reduce dust and allergens. The result: exceptional energy performance and the ultimate in comfort – a home at the forefront of sustainability. It all adds up to a better living experience.

The more climate scientists and govts keep pushing this, the more they weaken their own argument. The keep shouting and studying something that hasn't proven out yet. Sounds like the result being pushed before in the investigation.
If climate change was on the docket in the court room it would be tossed out in a heart beat.
Just a rewrapping of socialism again and it caught a lot of weak minds again.

Really interesting article in the National Post titled: Researchers say they have found the original Africa 'homeland' that nurtured humanity for 70,000 years. Interesting article in which they talk about why humans eventually left this area: "They abandoned this "homeland" when natural variations in the Earth's orbit caused it to "wobble" and affect the climate, drying up the wetland into what is now part of the Kalahari desert. At the same time, this climate change opened new green corridors through the desert that prompted the first human migration,". Good article.
