    Canola Green Count

It is starting to look like a lot of crop is going to overwinter in my area....mostly canola. The Invigor stuff we took off was essentially 0 green count...the patch of Proven 540 we managed to get off was brutal with 20% green and we haven't done any Brett Young 6074 so the jury is out on that one. Does a guy go all Invigor next year or wtf?

    At $700-750/bag I’m all OUT!!!
New 345 with Lumiderm is anywhere from $760-800 or maybe more. But 11% higher yield then 233. Grow more for less.
These companies can go screw themselves!!!

From this area results certainly AVOID all Trueflex! Less yield and week later than other Dekalb/Invigor.

Invigor was all 30bu/ac with #3 and sample for us last year and barley was 90bu and 50+lbs this year. Same kinda crappy conditions both years so it’s barley next year baby😎

Well here be HALF barley at 90+ this year. And EVERYONE will seed canola deeper so that none is stranded in DUST, just in case NO rain till late June again.

We only had 60 acres of synergy bly.
            Average was 108 b/a.
            5 bucks for malt.
What do you need for a canola price to equal that number?
Easy decision for us next yr.
And 5 dollar wht equals feed bly..

In June our green canola was worth $7.60 delivered and cpsr feed wheat was $6.10 picked up. Real easy to figure which grossed and netted more.

Stick with Invigor unless u have certain weed issues.

Absolute shit show here with truflex. Lot of canola out and most is that breed. Had a few bags to try in the middle of a field which was no hell for yield and a point higher than 7565 seeded same time. Nobody held a gun to anyone’s head to grow the crap but we were all led to believe the stuff was ready to be widely adopted. I am most definitely going to tell my retailer to cancel that for next year and use old 7444 instead. At least it was dry when the truflex was 2.5% over.
