Typical socialist attitude. All the past failures of Marxism can be attributed to doing it wrong, this time, they will get it right. Couldn't possibly be the theory itself being flawed.

The divide between the productive members of society, and this type is getting so large, I only see two resolutions. 1) collapse, everybody goes hungry, cold, loses the conveniences of modern life , civil strife, and in the aftermath, the survivors actually appreciate what we have.
2) The world breaks down into separate enclaves of left vs right, where the left side gets their way, and ends up hungry, cold, etc. and the survivors eventually crawl back to rejoin productive society. I believe California is well into this option already.
