Have to admit I grew up around John Deere combines but for the last 10 years have used New Holland combines. I think John Deere engineers like Agco engineers realized that single rotor technology had reached its maximum and hence the twin rotor ideal combine and now the dual axial John Deere. I am sure Case will be next. It will be interesting to see the specs and see what diameter the rotors are and the cleaning sieve area. For me if this works out for John Deere maybe I can afford a used one in 10 years lol.

Geez New Holland will be sticking its tongue out saying “we told you so!” JD is always last to adopt any new technology. Then when they come out with it they act like they made it. Green paint makes everyone gaga.!

I see they are already looking 2 years down the road when then X9.1 will come out with a bubble in front of radiator instead of the plastic grill X9 has. Hope they upgraded the motor, transmission and final drives over what’s in the 7 series. They are failing left and right.

I'm calling it the X wife because it's probably going to cost about the same as a divorce.

When will they get rid of the turret like Agco did?
