Your wheat market ain’t as crazy as ours

Possibly main driver here is China.

They need beef and mutton due to lack of pork , feed lots need wheat and barley to feed .

Plus hog returns have maybe doubled since start of year again Nina influence they need pork

World revolves around China India USA maybe in that order

Did you have a glut of beef, mutton and pork or how did you build herds fast enough and affordably to fill that China market? Did any other markets go short because of it?

I don't think Canada has an over supply of meat products and not sure how we can rebuild our supplies in our present situation. Hog barns and feedlots have mostly been decommissioned.
