Interesting way of selling! I think cattle were sold that way before they started bringing them into the ring and sold by auction. 65 years ago in Saskatchewan, is that a weekly event or one a year?

I’d say 60 kg yeah

Usually sheep are fist mated at 18 months but huge amount now mating earlier at12

Yeah those Costco lambs are miniatures. Canada imports 60 % of the lamb we consume, so our industry is very immature and for whatever reason most farmers shy away from raising lamb regardless of the massive potential. Which is mostly good for those of us raising lamb...
